You are now able to receive End-of-year Giving Statements via email. In order to opt in to paperless statements, you must have an account on gracechurch.org. If you do not have an account, refer to “How to Create an Account.” If you already have an account, proceed to “How to Opt in to Paperless Statements.”
How to Create an Account

Select the "Account" button located in the top right of the gracechurch.org website. Then, select the "Create Account" option in the drop down menu that appears.

Provide your contact information on the Create a New Account page, ensuring it matches the contact information you have used to submit donations to Grace Church over the past year. Please note, when you receive your paperless End-of-year Statement, you will be required to authenticate your identity via text message from the mobile number provided.

Select the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the page when you have finished entering your information.

Use this information to sign in on the homescreen by selecting the "Account" button in the top right of the website and entering in your newly created account credentials (email and password).
Once an account is created and you have signed in, you will be directed to your Account Dashboard page, where you will be able see and edit all the contact information you have provided.
How to Opt in to Paperless Statements

Sign in to your online gracechurch.org account and navigate to your Account Dashboard page. You will find the link to the Account Dashboard page by clicking the button displaying your first name located in the top right of the website or by visiting gracechurch.org/account.

Click on the button at the top of the Account Dashboard page that says "Opt In to Paperless Statements." You will be directed to an Opt-in Agreement page.

If you have given to Grace Commuity Church through the online account that you are currently logged in to, this page will show the contact information we have for you in the Grace Church Member Database. If your contact information is not up to date, please submit the Update My Member Database Contact form. You must be logged in to your gracechurch.org account in order to submit the request.

If you have not given online or your account is newly created, you will need to provide your contact information, ensuring it matches the contact information you have used to submit donations to Grace Church over the past year.

Check the box next to the statement: "I would like to opt in to receiving a paperless End-of-year Statement from Grace Community Church." You will also have the option to opt in to receive texts from Grace Community Church to the phone number you have provided in order to authenticate your identity via SMS.

Click the "Accept" button.
Once you accept your "Opt-in Status" will be marked as "Pending" on your Account Dashboard page. Please give our offices four business days to process changes. If you have any questions, please contact membership@gracechurch.org.
Please opt in by January 10 to receive your 2024 End-of-year Giving Statement via email. 2024 End-of-year Giving Statements, both physical and electronic, will be sent by January 31, 2025.

When can I expect to receive my EOY statement via email once I’ve opted-in?
The 2024 End-of-year Giving Statements will be sent by January 31, 2025.
Do both spouses need to opt in?
If your giving to Grace Church is combined, one spouse may opt-in for the household.
If you and your spouse give as separate “households”, both spouses will need to opt-in in order to receive their individual statements.
What types of donations will be included on my EOY statement?
If you have given via ACH, cash, credit card, or check within the last year, these donations will be seen on your statement.
What if I don't receive my 2024 End-of-year Giving Statement by February 1, 2025?
Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders for the missing email, sent from noreply@gracechurch.org. If you still cannot find the email please contact us by emailing giving@gracechurch.org.
