Advanced Issues - Handling Issues Beyond the Basics
This discipleship counseling course is designed for those who desire to pursue a more in-depth understanding of discipleship counseling. Topics include anger, worry, fear, depression, medical issues, learning disorders, eating problems, decision making and abuse, among others. Case studies are an integral part of the curriculum for this class.
When: Tuesdays, March 31 to June 16, 6:30–8:30 pm (12 weeks)

All courses are offered in person at Grace Church and online via Zoom.
You can take this course for ACBC Certification or to audit.
Certification students commit to completing all assignments along with attending all lectures. As assignments build on each other, we encourage students to start with DC Level One (offered in the Fall).
Auditing students have access to attend each live session. We encourage you to complete as much of the homework as possible. The work assigned outside of class is designed to deepen your study.
