Roman & Ana Males

Roman and Ana Males are Missionaries in Training at Grace Community Church. They are preparing to go to Romania, Europe to serve at the Timisoara Baptist Bible Seminary (TBBS) in the Spring of 2025. The seminary in Romania is a pioneer in training pastors to become faithful expositors of God’s word, helping grow healthy, Bible-believing churches, in a context where 80% of the population are nominal Eastern-Orthodox Christians, charismatic churches are expanding, and Bible believing churches are a minority.
Roman and Ana were born in Eastern Europe, where they were saved by God’s grace, and they got married in 2009. God blessed them with 3 children: Horatiu (13), Elias (9), and Elizabeth (1). In 2014 God granted them the opportunity to move to the United States, where Roman served in local Romanian Baptist churches, studied Biomedical Engineering, and worked for different companies across Oregon, Texas, and California, while Ana was homeschooling the kids. While working and serving as an associate pastor in Texas, Roman sensed God’s calling to go into full-time ministry, and moved with his family to Los Angeles to attend Master’s Seminary, where he receives the necessary theological training, to use it for the glory of God, in training pastors to faithfully exposit God’s word. Roman and Ana are both native Romanian speakers.

Goals
- To continue shepherd faithfully at San Gabriel Valley Bible Study of Grace Community Church
- To complete the Master of Divinity program at the Master’s Seminary Spring, 2025
- To serve Timisoara Baptist Bible Seminary with academic needs and prepare for relocation
- To raise financial support for relocating to Romania
