Spring Luncheon

Every Women’s Grace is taking a break for the summer months but will start again in September; we pray this summer will be a time of refreshment through your personal study of God's Word.

During these months when many regular women’s ministries are not meeting, we have organized an independent study of Pastor MacArthur’s book The Power of Faith: Hebrews 11:1-12:4. This book covers ten lessons on different aspects and characteristics of faith including the nature of faith, examples of faith, the practical wisdom of faith in life and death, the obedience that results from faith, and how to run the race of faith.

This study is designed for personal use through questions at the end of each section to help facilitate deeper study, discussion, and application.  It will begin in June and end in August, with a new video introduction each week to accompany the lesson.

May the Lord bless your time in His Word!

Welcome to Every Woman’s Grace! This year we are studying the book of Hebrews where the author proclaims that Jesus Christ is better… better than any person, institution, tradition, or sacrifice. The emphasis in Hebrews is presenting Jesus as the exalted Word, a wonderful continuation to last year’s study of Jesus as the incarnate Word in the Gospel of John.

EWG runs from September to May, excluding the month of December when we break for Christmas. The structure of EWG begins with personal Bible study through the weekly lessons. We then meet at church each Wednesday for a lecture covering that same text before meeting with other women in small groups. The lessons and lecture are provided in English and Spanish.

The morning EWG class meets in the Family Center from 10 am-12 pm and nursery care is provided for children from birth through pre-K, along with a supervised homeschool room for children aged 5 through 12. The homeschool program is only for the morning class and these options are only available through pre-registration.

The evening EWG class meets in the Family Center from 7-9 pm and there is also nursery care provided with pre-registration.

Please note, there is no EWG meeting on September 13 because of planning for the Expositores Conference.

Mindset for Missions meets each week from 12-1 pm following the morning EWG class. This is an opportunity to hear from missionaries on the field as well as those families who are preparing to serve the Lord in different parts of the world. You are welcome to join us each Wednesday in T260. Please remember to bring your own lunch to enjoy as we hear how God is working around the world. For more information or past events, visit the Mindset for Missions webpage.
